Our biggest priority is that you are above and beyond happy with your purchase, so, if for some reason we get things wrong we will do what we can accordingly to put that smile back on your face.
In the unlikely event that you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item or you accidently ordered the wrong size please contact us at info@thenavydiver.com with a detailed explanation. We will happily exchange the item only under the above circumstances. Please note there are no refund or exchanges on promotional or special offers or change of mind purchases.
We will accept returns that have not been worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date. Simply send them back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery to: The Navy Diver P.O. BOX 452, BRIGHTON LE SANDS, NSW, Australia. Once you have returned the item to us and it has been approved, we will send you a replacement item with no additional charge.
